Elizabeth Grichnik

Elizabeth is currently a graduate student at the University of Missouri double majoring in Accounting and Economics. During her time on campus, she has been a leader of the Gathering (a campus ministry) and the Association of Accounting Students, as well as a member of Undergraduate Women in Economics.

At WAEES, Elizabeth primarily assists in building and updating specialty fruit & vegetable crop models, supporting the U.S. Specialty Crops and U.S. Farm Income & Food Prices models.

Outside of work and school, Elizabeth enjoys playing pickleball, hiking, reading, playing board games, and watching sports!
